Privacy Policy

(ex Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

We inform you that Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (‘Regulations for the protection of personal data’) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the above mentioned legislation, the treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree. No.196/2003, therefore, the following information is provided:

1. The information you provide will be used for the following purposes: to send notices or news, updates on activities, press releases, recommended events and advertising articles, and other communications or commercial offers, also through our newsletter service. We may, therefore, periodically send e-mail updates relating to our business and communications and /or promotional and advertising information about the company. At the bottom of each of these messages, there will always be instructions to follow if you decide that you no longer wish to receive our service.
2. The data will be processed by computer or on paper, or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures in accordance with the Technical Regulations, Annex B, of the Privacy Law.
